[FIX] If you used a smileys that contains html tags (ie: >_<) it's didn't appear. Now, it work :)

[CORREGIDO] Si usabas smileys que contenían código html (como >_<) éstos no aparecían.
[CORREGIDO] Un fallo que aparecía al introducir el prefijo http:// en las urls (se repetía).
[CORREGIDO] Si renombrabas el tbadmin.php dejaba de funcionar.
[AÑADIDO] Si hay una @ en la dirección se convierte en un mailto:
[AÑADIDO] Una entrada para tu dirección ICQ ;)
[OPTIMIZACIÓN] Bastante código y funciones optimizadas.
NOTA: Si quieres actualizar desde la 0.1 necesitarás iniciar el script upgrade.php.

 Important changes !!!:
  [FIX]: The smileys is'nt case-sensitive now!! (:P = :p).
  [ADD]: The light of the mouse is now configurable (and can be disabled).
  [FIX]: And, the inputs (name, url and message) only are clears if the text is equal at the original (example: if you push in the input of "url", and this input show "url", the input are cleared. Else, if the input show "blablabla", and you push on, this don't are deleted).
  [ADD]: A option for view in a popup all the messages of inserteds (of the beginning).

 Cambios importantes!!!:
  [CORREGIDO]: Los iconos (smileys) no son sensibles a mayúsculas (es decir, :P será igual a :p).
  [AÑADIDO]: La luz que sale al pasar el ratón por encima de un mensaje es ahora configurable (e incluso puede ser desactivada).
  [CORREGIDO]: Y las casillas (nombre, url y mensaje) solo se borran si su contenido es igual al del archivo del lenguaje (es decir, en la casilla "url" pone el texto "url", pues es borrado al pulsar; si en cambio pone "blablabla" y pulsas, no se borra).
  [AÑADIDO]: Una opción para ver todos los mensajes escritos (desde el principio) en una ventana emergente.
